THE ROLE:
As a Senior AI/ML Partner – Healthcare, you will lead AI-driven transformation in healthcare, biopharma, and medical technology sectors across the UAE and US. You will architect and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that optimize clinical decision-making, medical imaging, drug discovery, hospital operations, and patient care workflows. Your expertise in Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning will drive the development of proprietary AI architectures that address critical healthcare challenges at scale.
- Deep Learning (CNNs, Transformers, Self-Supervised Learning) for radiology, pathology, and genomics.
- Reinforcement Learning & Robotics for robot-assisted surgery and clinical decision automation.
- Generative AI (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models) for synthetic patient data, drug discovery, and precision medicine.
- Multi-modal AI (Vision-Language Models, BioBERT, Med-GPT) integrating EHR, imaging, and genomic data.
- Data Infrastructure & Governance:
- Big Data (Spark, Delta Lake), Federated Learning, FHIR & HL7 for privacy-preserving AI at scale.
- IoT & Edge AI for real-time patient monitoring and device intelligence.
- Explainable AI (XAI) & AI Regulatory Compliance (FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Consulting & Strategy: Past experience in top consulting firms, leading enterprise AI strategy & transformation.
- AI Change Management: Expertise in AI governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment for AI adoption in regulated healthcare environments.
- Global Healthcare Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong network in biopharma, hospitals, regulators, with experience in AI regulation & approval processes.
Willingness to travel for engagements with hospitals, research institutions, and regulatory bodies.
